We're on a mission to
modernise India's schools
Kakshaedu was founded in Hyderabad with one goal: give every Indian school — big or small, urban or rural — the power of enterprise-grade software without the enterprise-grade price tag.

Years of building
It started with a principal and a problem.
In 2022, our co-founder Arjun was helping his aunt — a school principal in Hyderabad — with her end-of-year exam reports. What should have taken a week took a month: Excel sheets, paper registers, a dozen WhatsApp groups, and three different legacy tools that didn't talk to each other.
He looked at what was on the market and found two options — barebones open-source tools that schools couldn't run themselves, or enterprise ERPs that cost a fortune. So he teamed up with Priya (an engineer) and that principal, and they built Kakshaedu.
Four years later, we serve 250+ schools across India. Our north star hasn't changed — give every school the power of premium software without the premium price.
